Robert Netzly is the CEO and Founder of the Inspire Investing family of companies. He is responsible for strategic vision and keeping the firm focused on its mission to inspire transformation for God’s glory by empowering Christian investors through biblically responsible investing excellence and innovation. By God’s grace, under Robert’s leadership Inspire has grown to be the world’s largest provider of faith-based ETFs and has received recognition from Inc. 5000, The Financial Times and other industry groups as one of the fastest growing, most successful investment companies in the United States.
Robert is author of the book Biblically Responsible Investing: For God’s Glory and Your Joy and a globally recognized authority on the faith-based investing movement, being frequently cited in major financial media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and The Financial Times. Robert founded the Inspire Investing group of companies in 2011, and previously worked in the Wells Fargo Investments Private Client division in Carmel, CA from 2008 to 2011. Robert holds a B.S. degree in Liberal Studies from Excelsior College - a member of the University of the State of New York, and a black belt and instructor certification in Tae Kwon Do.
In 2003, Robert married his first girlfriend, Lisa, and they are raising their four energetic boys and one beautiful princess on their hobby farm in Idaho. Robert and Lisa are passionate about Classical Christian education enjoy supporting their vibrant local homeschool community. Robert and his family worship and serve at Faith Community Bible Church in Boise, Idaho.
Aaron serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for the Inspire family of companies. He is responsible for the management of the firm’s team and the implementation of Inspire’s strategic vision, bringing consistency and unity across the organization.
Aaron joined the Inspire family as a financial advisor in 2013 and the management team in 2015 as platform operations began to form. Since joining the team, he has served in a variety of capacities to grow the firm into the cultural change agent that Inspire is recognized as today. He maintains the office of Chief Compliance Officer for the Registered Investment Advisers within the family of companies and functions as the integrator for the organization.
Aaron graduated San Jose State University in the Silicon Valley with a Bachelors of Science in 2012 and completed his Masters of Business Administration from Biola University in 2015, graduating with High Honors, with an emphasis in entrepreneurship and business as ministry.
Aaron is married to his beautiful wife, Sandra, and has three amazing children. Together, they enjoy getting out into nature, traveling often, and exploring new cuisines and cultures. He is a certified Dive Master with PADI and enjoys endurance sports as a way to train body and mind in a holistic way. He serves in various aspects of ministry from music to discipleship and cherishes every opportunity he has to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the people around him.
Darrell Jayroe, CFA, CFP, CKA, has been with Inspire since 2016 and serves as the Senior Portfolio Manager for Inspire’s ETFs and SMA strategies.
Prior to joining Inspire, Darrell was a Vice President and Sr. Portfolio Manager for the Bank of Oklahoma trust department for 12 years where he was responsible for managing accounts for high net worth families, trusts, foundations and institutions. Darrell started his career as an investment advisor in 1994 with PaineWebber in Oklahoma City.
Darrell received a B.A. and Masters degree from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder and is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner®) licensee. He is a member of the CFA Institute and a member and Past President of the CFA Society of Oklahoma. He is also a member of Kingdom Advisors and holds the CKA® (Certified Kingdom Advisor®) designation as well as a member of the NACFC (National Association of Christian Financial Consultants).
Darrell and his wife, Beth, have been married since 1982 and have two daughters, Kayla and Kyndal and a son in law, Grayson.
Eric joined Inspire in 2016, serving as the VP of Marketing. He is responsible for overall brand strategy and driving awareness for Biblically Responsible Investing through all of Inspire’s marketing distribution channels and corporate communication. Eric previously held a Marketing Coordinator position for Silverado Stages, the largest charter bus company in California. He holds a B.S. in Business Admin and Marketing Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
Eric has been married to his gorgeous wife, Jelissa, since 2015 after they met in a college ceramics class (no, not like in the movie Ghost). They have their hands full raising four little cubs. Eric loves spending time with family and friends, watching football, and working on his 1950 Chevy pickup when there is free time. Eric and his family attend The Journey Church in Boise, Idaho.
Zach Stone serves as Vice President of Operations at Inspire Investing, where he oversees the operations, compliance, finance, and human resource departments. His work focuses on supporting the creation and maintenance of Inspire ETFs, ensuring the company’s smooth operation and alignment with its mission.
Since joining Inspire in 2020, Zach has worked in various departments, developing his leadership and knowledge of Inspire’s inner workings. His strategic insights and dedication to operational excellence have played a crucial role in the firm’s continued growth and success.
Zach holds a degree in Managerial Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Davis. He has earned his Series 65 and life insurance licenses, the CETF designation, and is currently pursuing an MBA from Grand Canyon University.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and hiking with his wife, Hannah, and their two golden retrievers. He is deeply involved in his church, which he helped plant in December 2022, and values the opportunity to contribute to his community and faith.
W. Andrew Stoner has been with Inspire since 2022 and serves as VP of Portfolio Strategy & Research, overseeing both our Trading and Insight Research departments. Additionally, he manages Inspire’s Tactical Risk Management and Core/Satellite strategies, leads Inspire’s Index Committee, and serves on Inspire’s Engagement Committee.
Prior to joining Inspire, Andrew worked at a Louisiana-based RIA as their Chief Investment Officer and Lead Advisor, managing approximately $450 million of invested assets and implementing active equity strategies aligned with biblically responsible investing (BRI) values.
In 2013, Andrew received a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Southeastern Louisiana University, where he met his lovely bride, Bethany. Bethany and Andrew tied the knot in 2015 and have since had two adorable children, Adelyn Grace and Liam Ross, who keep them busy with endless playtime and trips to the Audubon Zoo.
Aside from family fun, the Stoner Family is passionate about serving their community through their church, First Baptist Church Covington, and spending quality time with loved ones. For Andrew, his faith and family are at the core of all that he does, including his career.

Dr. Erik Davidson, CFA, CTFA, joined Inspire in 2019, serving as Chief Economic Advisor, working closely with Inspire’s Investment Committee to provide valuable insight on global, macro-economic events and trends from a biblical perspective. His particular expertise in the area of behavioral finance enables Inspire to produce discerning research and data on the intersection of faith, investing, and investor behavior.
Additionally, Dr. Davidson serves full-time as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Finance at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. There he teaches MBA courses in Behavioral Finance and Corporate Finance. He is well known for bringing his practical business world experience as well as his Christian faith into the classroom for his students’ benefit.
Prior to joining Inspire, Dr. Davidson was the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Wells Fargo Private Bank, leading an investment team of over 400 professionals who managed more than $200 billion in assets. Prior to that, Dr. Davidson was the co-Founder and co-CEO of Separate Account Solutions, Inc., a technology company that provided separately managed account (SMA) tools and operational services to investment firms. Earlier in his career, he led the portfolio management team for Franklin Templeton Private Client Services and was a bond trading manager for Credit Suisse First Boston in both New York City and Tokyo. His lifelong interest in the application of academic theory to investing was formed early in his career when he worked at Dimensional Fund Advisors.
Dr. Davidson received his doctorate degree from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, with his research being in the area of Behavioral Finance. His doctoral dissertation was “Investment Choice Architecture in the Age of Robo-Advisors.” Further, his joint paper, “Does Investor Sentiment Affect Market Response to Earnings Restatements?” was accepted for presentation at the 2018 Queen Mary University of London’s Behavioural Finance Working Group Conference.
He has also co-authored multiple books, including “Investing in Separate Accounts” and “The E-Finance Report,” as well as authored numerous investment-related articles, speaks at investment-industry conferences, and is regularly featured in the media, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNBC, Fox Business News, Reuters, and Bloomberg.
Dr. Davidson is a member of the Advisory Board for DePaul University’s Driehaus Center for Behavioral Finance, an elder for Carmel Presbyterian Church, a Mensa member, an Eagle Scout, and actively volunteers in the local community. He currently resides in Waco, Texas, where he loves to run and stand up paddle board. He has been married to his wife, Lori, since 1986 and has four children and seven grandchildren.
Tim Schwarzenberger, CFA, has been with Inspire since 2021 and serves as Portfolio Manager for Inspire’s ETFs and SMA strategies. He is also Inspire’s Director of Corporate Engagement, leading the firm’s efforts to influence companies on issues of importance to Christian investors.
Tim has over 20 years of industry experience. He previously served as Managing Director at Christian Brothers Investment Services (CBIS), where he was an integral member of the Investment Team responsible for implementing the firm’s strategy development, portfolio construction, and Catholic investing initiatives. Tim started his investment career as an Investment Analyst at Willis Towers Watson working with the team responsible for providing investment consulting services to the firm's institutional clients.
A Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute, Tim earned his degree from Idaho State University, where he majored in Finance and minored in Spanish. He also studied six months abroad in Chile at the Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and is fluent in Spanish.
Tim and his wife Marie are more than busy raising seven wonderful children (one boy and six girls!). They are parishioners at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Boise and are active in their local homeschooling community. Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing anything outdoors, and playing and coaching hockey.
Daniel is a Certified ETF Advisor with an extensive background in faith-based non-profit and church leadership. Daniel’s passion lies in unlocking development potential without compromising on deeply held convictions, ensuring that both financial and spiritual goals are met with integrity and excellence.
He hosts a theological podcast, loves extremes sports, adventures in nature, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
Daniel received his bachelors degree in Organizational Management from the Master’s University and holds a series 65 license.
Zac spearheads the Inspire sales process and is the primary point of contact for advisors and institutions looking to offer biblically responsible investing. Since entering the financial services industry in 2015, he has relentlessly pursued alignment of his faith and career.
Zac holds an Accredited Asset ManagementSpecialist designation in addition to FINRA 6,7,63 and 65 licenses. Previously an independent financial advisor, Zac is passionate about helping others align their faith and finances while positively impacting the world.
In 2015, Zac tied the knot with his beautiful bride, Kayla, and they are raising two wonderful children together. Proud advocates of homeschooling and homesteading, the Tornquist family embraces a lifestyle of strong community and intentional living. Zac is known as an enthusiastic storyteller, an avid reader, and an amateur chess player. He and his family are an integral part of the Table Church in Kuna, Idaho.
